Eastern Engraving offers combination engraving. With so many methods at their disposal, the craftsmen at Eastern can choose from one or a combination of methods. For example, it is possible to bump-in a cameo using die and mill methods and then acid etch a patterned background. Any number of combinations are possible, giving you the most consistent results at the most affordable price.
Eastern Engraving offers not one, but two methods of chemical etching. Easter Engraving can photo-mechanically reproduce patterns using new or existing films. Or, you may choose to go digital. Employing state-of-the-art wax jet techniques, Eastern Engraving's digital technology eliminates unstable films and improves accuracy for multiple lay-downs, thus reducing cost and turnaround time.
In an image-conscious world, texturization adds to the dimensions of both sight and touch, creating a perceived higher value in today's consumer products.
Dedicated to producing the finest embossing rolls in the world, Eastern Engraving's skilled craftsmen can bring pattern and dimension to your product, adding market appeal and enhancing functionality.
Eastern Engraving offers traditional die and mill engraving. Still considered the backbone of the industry, die and mill engraving offers the highest quality and most realistic 3D look. If you need rich leather grains, brushed metallics or silky-soft textures, die and mill engraving can reproduce your pattern with a precision unequalled by any other method.
Eastern Engraving offers computer numerically controlled precision milling. With an eye toward economy, Eastern employs a dedicated small-format CNC engraver for machining rolls up to 22", used in creating machine tools, and for detailing hot stamp rolls. Eastern also employs a large-format CNC engraver for machining rolls up to 46" in face length.
